21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any further Goods to the Purchaser and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in writing.
